Refund Policy

1. Ad Rejection & 100% Refund

At Mamma Track, we review every ad submission. If your advertisement request is Rejected by our admin team for any reason (e.g., content violation, low quality), you are eligible for a Full Refund.

• Refunds are processed within 24 hours of rejection.
• The amount will be sent to the Refund Wallet/UPI ID provided during submission.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your ad submission only while the status is "Pending".

Note: Once an ad status is changed to "Active" and is live on the website, it cannot be cancelled for a refund, as the advertising space has already been reserved for your selected duration.
